Minimum Stays:

• From Mid-June to late Summer: Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday)
• From Friday before Labor Day until Columbus Day: 3-night minimum
• From Mid-April to Mid-June: 3-night minimum
• From Columbus Day to mid-April: 2-night minimum

Discounts: Throughout the year there may be weekly or monthly discounts which aren’t shown on the calendar.  These added discounts can only be calculated once the first 3 sections are completed when an Instant Quote is requested on Get a Quote page.
